Harewood Golf Club

Recently having undergone a new layout, this course plays at a modern length while maintaining a simplicity and charm that is a nice showcase of the Kiwi countryside

Harewood GC

Harewood poses invigorating challenges for golfers of all ages, levels, and capabilities, while the fun, community-focused nature of the club itself makes it a great place to relax and meet Kiwi locals.

This club has two courses:

The Old Course is a par-71 tree-lined course with narrow fairways throughout. The Woodlands Course is the new addition and plays well year-round, as it is very well drained and has nicely designed and maintained greens. The course was redesigned by Turner McPherson with 18 new Greens and 18 new tee complexes.

At first the fairways can fool one in that they seem flat. However, once into a round golfers will find them deceptively undulating. Spectacular views of the Southern Alps and the Port Hills in the background will add to the Kiwi golfing experience at Harewood GC.

From all of us, thank you for a fabulous trip to New Zealand! We cannot begin to tell you how much we loved everything you put together for us! Every detail ran like clock work and each lodge was better than the last! A highlight was our daughter’s engagement at Cape Kidnappers where we were spoiled by the staff to a lovely wine cellar dinner! But add that to all the heli fishing and fine golf everywhere, we could not have had a more memorable, special trip! Many thanks for a great job on the part of you and your team.

What a fabulous itinerary you made for us. It was perfect!

Wonderful country, delightful people, delicious food, and amazing scenery like no other. I guess our only major complaint is that we didn't have longer to see more of the country! You really planned it well for us. It felt balanced in the way of activities, driving days, photo opportunities, even some R&R in the afternoons.
